Melbourne Square
Melbourne Square was constructed by constructor Multiplex in April 2021, following a design by Cox Architecture. It consists of a pair of elliptical residential structures housing 1,048 apartments in total. Apartments in the precinct are situated atop 14,000 square metres of public and private amenity, which includes a 3,745 square metre public park, a full-line Woolworths supermarket, and an 87-place childcare centre, among other resident-only facilities.
The resident-only amenities of Melbourne Square include a variety of elegant venues. This contains a large resort-style heated outdoor lap and wading pool, a sun terrace, an indoor pool with views over Melbourne, a sauna, yoga studio, music room, gyms, a golf simulator, a cinema, private dining places, and kitchen facilities.
Since its launch, the landmark project has garnered numerous industry accolades, including two International Property Awards and finalist status in the Best Mixed Use Development 2021 and 2022 programs of the Urban Development Institute of Australia and Property Council of Australia, respectively.
